Barcud (previously Mid-Wales Housing Association), in partnership with Pickstock Homes, are providing an opportunity for the public to view and comment on plans to develop 34 new properties in Montgomery before the submission of a planning application to the local planning authority.
The proposed development is located on land on the northern edge of Montgomery, to the east of Forden Road, on land that currently has permission to be developed as a 'care village'. The development comprises of 34 dwellings of different types and sizes (1-4 bedroom), including bungalows and houses.
The plans for each house type can be viewed and downloaded below, along with a site plan and supporting technical information. The plans and all associated information can be viewed or downloaded below. This is an opportunity to comment directly on the proposed development before the design and layout of the development is finalised and submitted to the local planning authority. The Association would like to hear people's views and will consider all comments before deciding on the final scheme.
