We are seeking a Group Chief Executive who shares our commitment to delivering more for our rural communities and an excellent tenant experience. There is the opportunity to innovate, so we are looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic leader. You’ll be approachable with positive energy and will engage and inspire staff, tenants and partners. In collaboration with our executive team, you’ll lead and instil a genuinely customer-focused and inclusive culture.
Passionate about people, you’ll be an empowering leader with a calm, authentic and personable style. You needn’t be an established Chief Executive; however, you will need experience in delivering strategy, implementing positive change and leading a skilled, multi-disciplinary and dispersed team. With senior leadership experience gained within housing or a comparably regulated sector with people and customers at its core, you’ll bring an impressive track record, achieving consistently impressive results and notable community outcomes.
